Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Woodland, California, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will own the configuration, integrity, and performance of SAP Business One, BigCommerce, and Magento — ensuring every system operates cleanly, integrates reliably, and supports the teams that depend on them. You will also serve as a cross-trained backup for core IT infrastructure and help-desk functions, providing genuine redundancy so that IT and ERP leads are never single points of failure.
This is a role where accuracy matters, documentation is not optional, and continuous improvement is part of the job. You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to solve real problems with real systems.

- Assist with network, server, and infrastructure projects, including identity and access management, endpoint protection, and multi-factor authentication enforcement
- Provide cross-trained, genuine on-call redundancy for network, server, and server-room emergencies

- Values clear processes, defined responsibilities, and continuous quality improvement
- Is willing to flex into broader IT support when the team needs backup coverage
This role may not be the right fit if:
