The Family
We are currently seeking a nurturing, dependable, and engaging nanny for a wonderful, easygoing family in Roseville. The family currently has a 2-year-old toddler, and Mom is expecting a newborn.
Both parents work from home and are looking for someone who can provide attentive care while creating a fun, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment for their child.
The family is especially interested in a nanny with an early childhood education background or strong professional childcare experience who enjoys incorporating learning and development into everyday activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the toddler
- Plan structured, developmentally appropriate activities
- Incorporate learning through play, crafts, and hands-on activities
- Encourage age-appropriate developmental milestones
- Take the child on walks and enjoy outdoor activities when appropriate
- Maintain a safe, positive, and consistent daily routine
- Transition into providing care for both the toddler and newborn once baby arrives
- Adapt to the family's changing childcare needs as their family grows
Additional Care Opportunities
- Occasional date-night care
- Additional daytime hours may become available as the family's needs change
What We're Looking For
The ideal nanny is:
- Experienced with toddlers and infants
- Experienced in early childhood education, teaching, or structured developmental activities
- Knowledgeable about child development and age-appropriate milestones
- Creative and enthusiastic about educational and engaging play
- Nurturing, patient, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a home with work-from-home parents
- Interested in a consistent, long-term commitment
- Excited to grow with the family as they welcome their new baby

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
