Pool Tile & Stone Restoration Technician / Driver

$28–$35 per hour DOE | Part-Time to Start | Opportunity to Move Quickly Into Full-Time

Pro Pool Restoration is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who knows tile and stone, can drive a company vehicle, and wants an opportunity to grow into a Lead Restoration Technician.

This is not a general labor position. We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience setting, repairing, and restoring tile, stone, masonry, coping, grout, or swimming pool finishes.

The position will start part-time, with hours based on our job schedule. For the right person who performs well, shows up reliably, produces quality work, and can take responsibility for jobs, there is an opportunity to move into full-time fairly quickly and eventually run a company truck and crew.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive a company vehicle and specialized restoration equipment to customer job sites
Perform swimming pool tile calcium and scale removal
Learn and operate our specialized aqua blasting/calcium removal equipment
Set and replace swimming pool tile
Repair loose, cracked, chipped, or missing pool tile
Remove damaged grout and perform professional re-grouting
Repair and restore natural stone, coping, raised bond beams, and masonry surfaces
Clean and seal tile and natural stone when required
Protect swimming pools, plaster, decking, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces during restoration
Maintain a clean, organized job site and perform final cleanup
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Eventually take responsibility for completing jobs with minimal supervision

Who We're Looking For

We especially want to hear from people with experience in:

Pool tile installation and repair
Ceramic, porcelain, or glass tile
Natural stone and masonry
Pool coping
Grout repair and re-grouting
Swimming pool remodeling or construction
Stone restoration
Hardscape, concrete, or similar skilled trades

Swimming pool industry experience is a major plus.

You do not necessarily need previous calcium-removal experience. We can train the right skilled tradesperson on our specialized calcium-removal process and equipment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Proven tile, stone, masonry, pool construction, or restoration experience
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Dependable and able to show up on time
Strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and communication around customers
Able to work outdoors and perform physical construction/restoration work
Able to work independently once trained
Take pride in leaving behind clean, high-quality finished work

Pay & Growth

$28–$35 per hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition fairly quickly into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, workmanship, and available workload.

For the right person, there is significant room to grow into a Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Lead, including responsibility for a company truck, equipment, and field crew.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a growing specialized restoration company — not someone looking for just another temporary labor job.
