Compensation:
$40,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Manage a caseload of 100+ family law cases efficiently and effectively.

Draft, review, and file comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

Declaration preparation and complex discovery preparation.
- Coordinate case management, including deadlines, calendars, and attorney schedules.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and ensure client satisfaction.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case summaries.

Assist attorneys in preparation for court appearances, mediations, and depositions.

Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation using practice management software.

Oversee discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and analysis.
Qualifications:-
Minimum of 7+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law.

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal documents, managing caseloads, and coordinating discovery processes.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a technology-driven, client-centric team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal software tools such as Smokeball, Lawmatics, and Slack is highly desirable.
