Bella Pools is a locally owned and growing pool service and repair company based in the Sacramento Area. We pride ourselves on reliability, quality service, and long-term relationships with our clients. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Pool Technicians who enjoy hands on outdoor work and take pride in doing the job right.

Job Summary
We're hiring Pool Technicians for part-time or full-time positions to service commercial pools throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas. We are looking for experienced technicians with great customer service skills. We provide a supportive work environment to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring optimal water quality, safety, and equipment functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of pool systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform repairs efficiently. The Pool Technician will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients by maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning pools.

Duties

Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing water chemistry
Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
Repair or replace faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools
Conduct chemical testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure water quality standards are met
Identify potential issues with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or recommend solutions
Maintain detailed service records for each pool serviced - knowledge of Skimmer software helpful but not necessary
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized after service visits
Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance procedures and addressing client questions
Perform work progress inspections for subcontracted repairs
Drive company or personal vehicle to assigned routes
Prospect for new business

Experience

Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is required
Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment repair and troubleshooting is highly desirable
Experience with pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and routine maintenance
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and maintenance
Strong understanding of pool systems, filtration, circulation, and sanitation processes
Previous experience working with maintenance or service equipment is a plus
Experience estimating repairs and working with subcontractors to ensure proper project completions is highly desirable
CPO is highly desirable
