Turn Pre-Qualified Appointments Into High-Earning Sales

Rose Remodeling is growing, and we are looking for motivated, competitive, and personable In-Home Design Consultants / Outside Sales Representatives to join our Sacramento team.

This is a high-income, commission-based sales opportunity for professionals who know how to build trust, understand a homeowner’s needs, present solutions, and close.

You will meet with homeowners in their homes, help them design their ideal bathroom renovation, present customized remodeling solutions, and guide them through the purchasing decision.

No cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. Our team provides scheduled homeowner appointments so you can focus on what you do best: consulting, designing, and closing sales.

Compensation & Opportunity

$120,000–$350,000+ annual earning potential
100% commission-based compensation
$5,000 signing bonus

What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
Identify each customer’s remodeling needs, goals, style, and budget
Evaluate existing bathroom spaces and recommend solutions
Present customized bathroom remodeling designs
Educate homeowners on products, materials, fixtures, layouts, and available options
Build and present project proposals and pricing
Guide homeowners confidently through the purchasing decision
Build trust and rapport throughout the consultation
Follow up with prospective customers when needed
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Consistently work toward individual sales and closing goals
Coordinate with our production and installation teams after the sale

What We’re Looking For

Confidence presenting and closing high-ticket products or services
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with homeowners

Willingness to learn our products, sales process, and remodeling solutions

Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, flooring, construction, or other high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.

Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus but is not required.
