Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food, creativity in menu planning, and strong leadership skills to manage a diverse kitchen staff. This role requires expertise in fine dining, catering, and food service management while ensuring that all culinary operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while accommodating dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
Manage inventory control and food handling practices to minimize waste and maintain cost-effective operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP guidelines.
Partner with the banquet department to plan and execute large-scale events and catering services.
Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage food and labor costs while achieving profitability targets.
Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Director, Banquets, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
Strong background in fine dining with experience in catering services preferred.
Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, menu planning, and cost control.
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team effectively while fostering a professional work culture.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Familiarity with dietary practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
