Responsibilities as a Client Sales Associate:

Effectively promote and educate consumers on available services and benefits through customer interactions
Develop and coordinate effective business strategies that will stand out against competitors and increase customer acquisition
Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to maintain updated knowledge of our promotions and services available
Acquire a proven track record of closing a high percentage of qualified customers and increasing customer retention
Work harmoniously with our sales team to successfully promote brand awareness and increase sales margins
Establish and maintain a consistent professional image while interacting with customers and coworkers
Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively to achieve established sales targets

Client Sales Associate Requirements:

Experience in the customer service or sales industry
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to be empathetic and connect with customers
Passion for learning a wide range of skills in customer service and sales
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Professional demeanor when working with our customers and having interactions
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

We are looking for a full-time Client Sales Associate to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This position requires a Monday-Saturday schedule, with an average of 40 hours per week, working directly with customers in a face-to-face role.

Key Details:

Compensation: 100% commission-based, earning $10-$20 per order. On average, each employee completes at least one order per day.
Clients & Products: We partner with Verizon to promote and sign up new customers for their internet and wireless services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
