Restored Wellness Counseling is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. Restored Wellness Counseling is a group private practice with offices in Elk Grove, CA, Roseville, CA, and Gold River, CA. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based psychotherapy to clients
- Provide a minimum of 25 client therapy hours per week in the form of individual therapy, couples therapy, and/or group therapy
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful treatment goals and monitor progress
- Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries
- Participate in consultation and collaboration with other clinicians as needed
- Maintain compliance with applicable licensing, ethical, and professional standards
- Provide culturally responsive and affirming care to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities effectively
- Participate in practice meetings, consultation, or professional development opportunities as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field required from an accredited college or university
- Valid registration or license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Clinical Social Worker, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- A commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software.
- 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families
- Ethical integrity necessary for assuming professional responsibilities
- Ability to complete required documentation in a timely manner

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
