Full Job Description

Solo Bathroom Installer wanted as a Sub Contractor for Bathroom Remodels. Must have CSLB License B or B2 and able to perform a bathroom remodel from demo to completion- plumbing, electrical, tile, mechanical, framing, etc

Family-owned and operated General Contractor looking for: Skilled Construction and Remodel Tradesman for residential bathroom remodel projects.

This is not a training opportunity. Applicant must be licensed and meet listed qualifications and follow building codes as all projects are permitted!

The best fit for this position is a qualified Sub who is skilled and efficient to work solo from start to completion. You will be supported with office and field supervisor guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

5-10 years+ in construction trades.
Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
Must be comfortable and competent to work on your own in residential bathroom remodel projects from start to finish.
Work in all aspects of residential construction from demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and trim to the last finishing touches, and everything in between.
Projects range from simple tub/shower replacements and simple bathroom remodels to floor plan changes.
Must be punctual, reliable, able to collect payments, read and execute contracts and plans, provide customer service, and deliver a quality finished product.
Tile experience is desired, but not required.
Verifiable work experience and references are necessary.
Must be able to read and interpret a contract and planset, and perform the necessary work to complete the job.
Work is Monday – Friday
Piece work compensation and weekly payday
