Project Manager – Large Format Printing (On-Site)Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in large format printing to join our team. This is an on-site position responsible for managing multiple print production projects from concept through completion while ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in large format print production, understands printing processes and methodologies, and excels at coordinating clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple large format print projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and outstanding customer service throughout each project.
Review, organize, and manage production files to ensure they are print-ready and meet project specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments, production staff, installers, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Develop production schedules and monitor project timelines from estimate through final installation or delivery.
Identify and resolve project issues proactively while maintaining quality standards.
Understand various large format printing methods, substrates, finishing techniques, and production workflows.
Ensure projects are produced according to client expectations and company quality standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status updates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in large format printing and project management.
Strong understanding of large format printing technologies, production processes, and printing methodologies.
Experience with retail displays, point-of-purchase (POP), point-of-sale (POS), signage, and visual merchandising graphics.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Experience reviewing and managing print-ready artwork and production files.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced print production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with wide-format digital printing, finishing, and installation processes.
Knowledge of color management, proofing, and print quality standards.
Familiarity with production scheduling or project management software.
