You'll play an important role in ensuring critical business communications are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Working as part of a close-knit team of four, you'll help manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail that supports thousands of daily customer and business communications.

What You'll Do:

Process, prepare, sort, and distribute incoming mail.

Prepare outgoing mail and ensure proper postage is applied.

Deliver mail and documents to designated departments.

Prepare mail for scanning and route materials to the scanning center.

Maintain accurate records of tracked mail, including UPS, Express, and other special deliveries.

Monitor postal processes and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Deliver copy paper and office materials as needed.

Operate mailroom and printing equipment safely and efficiently.

Drive a company vehicle when required.

Previous mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, office operations, or related experience.

Experience handling high-volume mail or document processing operations.
Work Environment:
This is a 100% on-site position located in New Jersey. Candidates who reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office are strongly preferred.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 17.98 - 25.08 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
