Our Technicians write the repair orders, your job is to build the customer relationship and sell the repairs!!

Service writers need to be fast-paced. They need to make quick decisions, think fast, and hold conversations with anyone. If you are successful on the phones, you will be successful here. Our technicians write the estimates!! You only sell and schedule! Your job is to get the customer the information they need to make a decision. You do not need to know anything about cars. That helps, but you need to know how to listen to people, respond quickly, and problem solve to help their concern. Speed wins. This is an extremely high-volume shop. You will be one of the highest performing service writers in America here. WE PAY TEAM GROSS PROFIT COMMISSION! We have parking lots overflowing with modern, nice, clean, broken cars. KRP Automotive is hiring experienced Service Advisors who already know how to manage customers, sell work ethically, and operate in a fast-paced service environment without constant supervision.

If you currently work as a Service Advisor, Writer, or ASM in an independent shop or dealership and are looking for a better culture, stronger income opportunity, and no weekends, we want to talk to you.

Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
