Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and craft tailored estate plans, wills, trusts, and other legal structures.
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that encompass investment management, tax optimization, and cash flow analysis.
Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced software tools to evaluate client portfolios and recommend suitable asset management solutions.
Support senior advisors in managing client relationships through effective communication, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and personalized service delivery.
Stay current on securities law, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
Participate in research initiatives to identify market trends, new financial products, and innovative wealth management techniques.
Contribute to team efforts by preparing reports, documentation, and presentations that support client meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and securities law.
Strong foundation in financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, cash management, and banking operations.
Experience or coursework related to tax strategies, accounting principles (including corporate accounting), and technical accounting standards.
Proficiency with financial software platforms and research tools used for financial analysis and asset management.
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
Proven customer relationship management skills with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking across sales initiatives, legal compliance, and financial planning activities.
