We're looking for an experienced, passionate Lash & Brow Stylist who is committed to delivering exceptional results while creating an unforgettable guest experience.
Our ideal stylist is confident, detail-oriented, coachable, and excited to continue growing their technical skills and clientele. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team while building lasting relationships with guests and helping them achieve their beauty goals.

What You'll DoDeliver Exceptional Services
- Perform beautiful, healthy lash extension applications and removals
- Customize every service based on the guest's eye shape, lifestyle, and goals
- Educate guests on proper aftercare and lash health
- Recommend maintenance schedules to maximize retention
Expand Your Service Menu
We provide ongoing education and training for:
- Threading
- Brow & Lash Tinting
- Advanced Lash applications
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lift
- Purple Light Experience™ LED Lash Curing
No prior experience in these services? We'll train the right candidate.
Build Long-Term Guest Relationships
- Deliver a luxury guest experience from consultation through checkout
- Rebook guests before they leave the salon
- Build trust that creates loyal, long-term clientele
- Maintain detailed guest records
Grow the Business
- Educate guests about our Membership Program
- Recommend retail products that support lash health and longevity
- Participate in salon promotions, events, and community outreach
- Contribute to team goals for memberships, retail sales, guest retention, and reviews
Teamwork
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive culture
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Continue developing your skills through coaching and advanced education
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Cosmetology or Facial Specialist License
- Previous experience applying eyelash extensions
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Coachable with a desire to continue learning
- Team-oriented attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive energy
- Availability to work evenings and at least one weekend day
