Treatment Coordinator

Description:

To be genuinely interested in other people is a most important quality for a salesperson to possess - for any person, for that matter.
If we want to make friends, let’s greet people with animation and enthusiasm. When somebody calls you on the telephone, we use the same psychology.
Smile when you are talking on the phone. Your smile comes through in your voice.

This is a sales and recruiting position that requires conviction & confidence, human interaction, empathic listening, effective teaching techniques, and potential patient/parent follow up. We want to help potential patients make the commitment to orthodontics. This position is similar to an athletic recruiting coordinator, and requires minimal knowledge/skill of the sport (here, orthodontics).

Duties:

Demonstrating the value of orthodontic treatment in the life of our patients
Create and present financial arrangement
New patient calls and greetings
Correspondence with patients and their dentist
Growth and guidance for patients not currently ready for treatment
Follow up with patients who aren’t sure if they want to start treatment or patients who are due to start treatment soon.
Tracking and communicating with all pending patients
Fabricate letters (from templates) and other communications to dentists and patients
New patient record taking: photographs, x-rays, and digital impressions
Utilize workflow systems management with minimal friction

Treatment Coordinator Supplemental Job Duty list

1. Actively engage in personal development and self-help, which will include reading and attending seminars and workshops

2. Greeting and 3D smile simulation scan of new patient on the iTero 3D scanner

3. Care calls after delivery of Invisalign, braces, and other appliances

4. Cultivate relationships with dentists. This includes an understanding of how things are done at our top office

5. Set up and help in clinic when running behind

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
