Dallas/Ft. Worth area Gas Turbine repair company seeks experienced TIG welder. Weld test will be giving prior to employment.

2nd Shift M-Thursday 3:30 pm-2:00am

*Description:
*Job Purpose:
Fabricates components by analyzing requirements; welding parts.

Duties:
* Develops welding projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assembly; calculating requirements; studying metals; determining appropriate welding techniques.

* Fabricates components by using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces; setting-up and measuring assemblies; selecting appropriate method.

* Verifies welding results by inspecting and testing welds.

* Documents actions by completing records.

* Maintains safe work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations.

* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Fabrica componentes mediante el análisis de requisitos; piezas de soldadura.

Deberes:

* Desarrolla proyectos de soldadura mediante el análisis de órdenes de trabajo, impresiones y ensamblaje completo; calcular los requisitos; estudiando metales; determinar las técnicas de soldadura apropiadas.

* Fabrica componentes mediante el uso de equipos para limpiar, preparar, cortar, quemar y soldar piezas; montaje y medición de ensamblajes; seleccionando el método apropiado.

* Verifica los resultados de soldadura inspeccionando y probando soldaduras.

* Documenta acciones completando registros.

* Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro siguiendo los procedimientos; cumpliendo con las regulaciones legales.

* Mantiene el equipo funcionando siguiendo las instrucciones de operación; averías de solución de problemas; mantenimiento de suministros; realizar mantenimiento preventivo; pidiendo reparaciones

* Actualiza el conocimiento del trabajo al participar en oportunidades educativas.

* Cumple la misión de fabricación y organización al completar los resultados relacionados según sea necesario.
