Your Role:

As a Hospice RN at Sunset Hospice, you will:

Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide skilled nursing care and emotional support to patients and their families in their homes or our inpatient facility.
Personalized Patient Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect the patients’ wishes and improve their quality of life.
Collaborate with a Caring Team: Work closely with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care.
Educate and Empower: Offer guidance and education to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life care.
Quality and Compliance: Monitor patient health, manage symptoms, and ensure all care is in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) License: Current and unrestricted in Arizona.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in hospice or palliative care.
Skills: Exceptional clinical skills, strong communication, and a deep sense of empathy and professionalism.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
Attitude: A positive and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for providing end-of-life care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
