Full Job Description

We provide service to all major brand of commercial cooking, food prep, meat room and refrigeratoin equipment located in restaurants, schools, supermarkets, bakeries, health facilities, correctional facilities and more in a territory comprised of 39 counties loacated in West Virginia, Eastern Kentucky and Southeast Ohio.

``Duties`

- Dispatch service technicians to jobs

- Answering phones and taking service calls

- Sheduling, quoting, invoicing

- Process warranty claims``
- Analyze billing data and ensure accuracy of invoices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and inquiries
- Prepare and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor and track payments, following up on overdue accounts

```Requirements``

- Proven experience in billing or related field
- Knowledge of dispatching helpful
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or with a team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and phone etiquette
