Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and provide ongoing supervision to ensure the highest quality of care. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Lead clinical supervision sessions with behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions and adherence to best practices.
Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ progress across home, school, and community settings.
Provide training and support on behavioral health strategies for staff working with children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and support clients during intake processes, ensuring thorough client communication throughout treatment.

Requirements

Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
Experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies.
Proven experience in data collection, medical documentation, patient assessment, and clinical supervision.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable along with school experience supporting children with disabilities.
Excellent client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members across various settings.
