Starting rate of pay:
$24.60 - $28.87 per hr.
Shifts Available and Hours:
Day shift, part time
What you will be doing
Assist in troubleshooting invoice & packing slip issues in AX and SAP
Maintain aged open PO’s and requisitions in AX and SAP
Assist in maintaining open PO lines throughout each month by communication with suppliers on delivery dates and updating dates in SAP and AX for 25 day forecast and month end
5S office & cleaning supply closet, sustain, set min/max levels and maintain inventory by placing orders for approved supplies
Stock admin restrooms, kitchen and main breakroom with paper, soap, condiments and utensils
Assist with open committed, AX/SAP, and Sapa Mall reports
Other duties as assigned
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Skills Adaptable to change
SAP/AX/Oracle knowledge a plus
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Results oriented
Self-motivated and work with limited supervision
Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively with supervisors, peers and subordinates
Ability to manage multiple assignments, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
Demonstrate ability to work in and through teams, with all levels of the workforce
