Position Overview

Club13 Enterprises is seeking a driven Manufacturing Machine Operator with strong mechanical and technical aptitude to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys troubleshooting and optimizing machinery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate & Monitor Machinery – Set up, start, and run manufacturing and packaging machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Equipment Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve minor mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance – Inspect products regularly during runs to ensure they meet strict quality and consistency standards.
Safety & Compliance – Follow all safety policies and food-safety regulations (GMP, FDA, OSHA). Properly use lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
Recordkeeping – Accurately log production data, maintenance actions, and quality checks.
Continuous Improvement – Suggest and assist with process or equipment improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Clean & Organized Work Area – Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace; assist with warehouse organization and restocking as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting manufacturing or packaging machinery.
Ability to read and follow mechanical or technical instructions and SOPs.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Teamplayer communicates and works well this others
Forklift certification is a plus.
Prior experience in food, beverage, or nutraceutical manufacturing preferred but not required.
Criminal background check will be performed for all applicants interviewing
