Job Description:Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Approol Mortgage, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist both existing and new customers. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs, provide guidance on product solutions, recommend loan options to improve their financial position, and manage the application process from start to finish. Client leads are provided by Approol Mortgage, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch service and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist Approol Mortgage customers and new prospects.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored guidance for product solutions.
- Recommend loan solutions to customers to improve their overall financial position.
- Take applications with the intent to proceed and guide customers through the mortgage process.
- Pre-qualify customers based on the information provided.
- Manage pipeline activities while meeting production goals, compliance requirements, and company guidelines in adherence to lending regulations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
