Job Description

We are seeking a Disclosure Specialist to join our growing team! The Disclosure Specialist supports the Operations Department by ensuring timely and accurate preparation and delivery of all required mortgage disclosures. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with Mortgage Loan Originators, clients, and internal management, and presenting a professional and detail-oriented approach in all tasks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to learn company policies, regulatory requirements, disclosure systems, and compliance workflows. We are looking for a highly motivated, ethical team player who wants to be part of a company with a strong future in mortgage lending.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and send the initial disclosure package within TRID required timelines for all types of loans.
Ensure that all information and documents are accurate and comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
Verify the accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations and cost to cures.
Prepare re-disclosures within 3 days of change in circumstance (CIC) to ensure compliance with governance, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

Optimal Blue Pricing Engine and Encompass system experience preferred, but not required.
Strong Mathematical, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Well organized with extreme attention to detail.
A Strong sense of urgency is needed for this position.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

Mortgage industry experience required.
High School diploma required; two-year college degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
