Job Summary

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They prioritize orders and assist in final dish preparation, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

Job Responsibilities

Delivers an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately
Explains dishes and ingredients to guests upon delivery.
Ensures orders are being prepared with the correct priority
Takes pride in plating food properly while executing perfect plate presentation, ensuring all necessary condiments and garnishments accompany the dish.

To be successful as a Food Runner, you should be well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, an outstanding Food Runner should use their own personality and creativity to support and represent the Twisted Tree brand, demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills in this entry level position.

Job Requirements

Keep a positive attitude. Restaurants can be busy, stressful places but you remain cool under pressure with the ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure our guest's experience is great!

Work with a team of professionals. You enjoy working with others and through collaboration, our kitchen team turns out delicious food. Sometimes this means being flexible and using your knowledge to help others.
Exhibit clean work habits and understand your shared ownership of keeping a safe and clean work area.
