From our loyal local customers to visitors who travel hours to experience our bakery, you’ll play an important role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
We’re looking for positive, dependable Front of House Associates for both full-time and part-time positions who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making every guest feel at home. We’ll provide the training and support you need to become confident in our bakery products, specialty beverages, retail offerings, and Toast POS system—giving you the knowledge and skills to create an exceptional experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine greeting and create an exceptional first impression.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while accurately taking orders and processing payments using our Toast POS system.
- Maintain clean, fully stocked bakery display cases, beverage stations, and retail merchandise throughout your shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Answer guest questions and confidently recommend bakery products, beverages, and retail items.
- Help maintain the warm, inviting atmosphere CocoBella’s Bakery is known for.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Complete opening, closing, and other daily operational tasks as assigned.

- Positive, dependable, organized, and professional.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
- Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Must obtain a Michigan ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
