Ea-sterseals MORC is hiring for a Clinical Supervisor - Infant Mental Health to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself!

This role supports Macomb County and requires an in-person presence at our Center Line and Clinton Township location.

Easterseals MORC’s Infant Mental Health program provides specialized, family-centered services to support the emotional, social, and developmental well-being of infants and young children. The program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship, promoting early attachment, and addressing early childhood mental health needs through evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Services are delivered in home, community, and clinical settings, with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and improving long-term outcomes for children and families. This is a community based program

Essential Key Functions:

Engages individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathetic manner regardless of stage of readiness and phase of treatment.
Assigns, supervises, and supports the caseload of direct reports while also maintaining a small clinical caseload.
Provides ongoing support to staff in managing caseloads efficiently and effectively.
Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered.
Conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, areas for improvement, and to develop collaborative solutions.
Assists staff in strengthening professional skills by sharing information on relevant conferences, seminars, emerging best practices, and current or pending legislation affecting mental health services.
Orients, trains, and develops new staff.
Monitors case records, including required signatures, follow-up, and referrals to community agencies to support accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Ensures documentation is maintained in accordance with Medicaid, DCH, and Easterseals MORC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Provides community-based clinical services and must be willing and able to work in home, community, and other non-office settings as required by program needs.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
