Full Job Description

Leasing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Manager to join our team at our conventional multi-family community. This position is ideal for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the daily operations of a thriving apartment community.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.
Conduct apartment tours, process leases, renewals, and move-ins.
Build strong resident relationships and support resident retention efforts.
Coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
Assist with resident ledgers and other administrative and financial tasks.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and reports.
Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
Support the Property Manager with day-to-day office operations.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

2+ years of leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience.
Strong communication, organization, and phone skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional resident experiences.
