Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
Support office management activities including supply inventory,
Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and escalating issues when necessary
Coordinate with other departments for efficient office operations and ensure timely communication across teams

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
