About the Role

The Office Administrator is the operational support hub of White Light Electric. This position works directly with our CFO & Integrator and Owner to keep the business organized, responsive, and moving forward.

No two days are the same. One moment you may be preparing payroll information, the next you're coordinating a service call, assisting with permits, organizing project documentation, or helping ensure customers receive timely communication.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves bringing order to a fast-moving environment.

What You'll DoOffice Administration

Maintain organized project and company records.
Answer phones and direct customer inquiries.
Coordinate permits and inspections.
Maintain licensing, compliance, and vendor documentation.
Support daily office operations.

Accounting & Payroll Support

Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks Online.
Organize invoices and receipts.
Review employee timecards.
Prepare payroll information for CFO review.
Maintain accurate administrative records.

Project Administration

Create project files.
Coordinate inspections and permits.
Maintain project documentation.
Support project startup and closeout.
