Reliance Packaging is a wide-web flexographic packaging manufacturer serving customers throughout the United States. Our extrusion, printing, and converting facilities are located in Aberdeen, North Carolina, while our Graphics Department is based in Orlando, Florida. Success in this role depends on creativity, precision, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is available as either a full-time or part-time opportunity. We are open to candidates with varying levels of direct prepress experience and will consider strong graphic-production candidates who demonstrate the technical aptitude and attention to detail required to learn specialized flexographic workflows.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Qualified candidates will generally begin with a phone interview to discuss their experience, qualifications, and interest in the position.
Candidates selected to continue in the interview process may be invited to an in-person interview at our downtown Orlando office. As part of this interview, candidates may be asked to complete a brief, job-related practical skills assessment using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. The assessment is intended to evaluate proficiency with the software, attention to detail, file organization, problem-solving ability, and understanding of basic production and prepress concepts.

PORTFOLIO:
Selected candidates may be asked to provide a digital portfolio or examples of previous work during the interview process. Relevant samples may include packaging, print production, commercial design, production artwork, prepress work, marketing collateral, or other projects demonstrating proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
