We believe therapists do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and appreciated.What You'll DoAs a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll help children develop the skills they need to participate confidently in everyday life.Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and treat children from infancy through adolescence
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals
- Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, feeding, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and developmental delays
- Collaborate closely with families to provide education and home strategies
- Work alongside PTs and SLPs to provide coordinated, family-centered care
- Document evaluations and daily treatment in a timely manner
- Celebrate every milestone—big and small

Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (or eligible)
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
