About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator who enjoys keeping deals organized, moving, and on track. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, customers, and vendor partners to coordinate deal documentation and manage transactions from documentation creation through funding readiness, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and ready for the next stage.
This is not an accounts payable/receivable or accounting role. This position focuses on coordinating deal workflow, documentation, and communication across multiple parties within equipment finance and leasing.
This role plays a key part in driving deals forward by coordinating across multiple parties, resolving outstanding items, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
· Prepare and review contract documentation with a high level of accuracy
· Manage and prioritize deals from documentation through funding readiness
· Coordinate insurance, title, and invoice documentation required for deal completion
· Proactively track progress and follow up to remove delays and keep deals moving
· Coordinate with Sales, customers, and vendor partners to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding items
· Maintain accurate updates in internal systems, including deal status, notes, and key data
· Partner with Operations to ensure a smooth transition from funding readiness through funding and post-closing
· Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless transaction experience

Experience:
· 2+ years in loan processing, documentation, or similar role preferred
· Equipment finance or banking experience is a plus
· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation & Benefit
Location: Hybrid – St. Cloud, MN (minimum three days per week in‑office
Status: Full‑time
Compensation: $26–$33/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Incentives: Eligible for company profit-sharing
