POSITION OVERVIEW
Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated advanced practice clinicians to join our foundational team in Sartell, Minnesota. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatric population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an advanced practice clinician at Zarminali you will focus on:
- Patient Care: Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
- Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
- Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside Pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota
- Current and unrestricted Minnesota DEA license
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
- Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
- At least 2 years of experience working in a pediatric setting
- BLS/ACLS Certification

Zarminali Pediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. The base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $148,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Total compensation reflects a range higher than the base salary. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
