Pediatric Partners, a member of Sevita, is an allied health therapy provider serving North Dakota and Minnesota. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with Early Intervention, therapeutic counseling, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our clinics feature private treatment rooms and motor/sensory gyms, allowing therapists to deliver highly individualized care. Clinicians work across both outpatient and ABA center settings, partnering with BCBAs and RBTs to support clients with autism and related diagnoses. This integrated model reinforces skill development across environments and gives therapists a dynamic mix of structured sessions and naturalistic, play-based interventions. We are now expanding our reach in Minnesota by delivering therapy in the home and community, beginning with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) served through Sevita’s Community Services programs, and expanding to include children with special needs and medically complex children.
The Program Director leads the coordination and delivery of all clinical services, ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and strong outcomes for clients and families. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team of Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, supporting collaboration across outpatient and ABA settings while managing day-to-day operations, staff development, and program performance. This is a growth-focused leadership role with two priorities. First, the Program Director will build Sevita’s in-home therapy presence in the Twin Cities, recruiting and leading PT, OT, and Speech clinicians who serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, working in close partnership with Sevita’s Community Services teams. As that market grows, the role will extend in-home services to children with developmental disorders as well as those with complex medical conditions. Second, the Program Director will rebuild and staff the St. Cloud clinic, restoring service capacity and supporting our ABA referral partnership with Northway Academy. This is first and foremost a growth and operations leadership role. The top priority is a leader who can grow the business, build relationships, and stand up teams across both markets. A clinical background in PT, OT, or Speech is valued but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Drives department goals, policies, structures, and processes that support the therapy team in patient care
- Builds and grows Sevita’s in-home therapy line in the Twin Cities, developing referral volume through the partnership with Community Services (CS) and converting IDD adult referrals into active PT, OT, and Speech caseloads
- Recruits, hires, and onboards PT, OT, and Speech clinicians in the Twin Cities to deliver services in the home, scaling the team as referral volume grows
- Rebuilds and staffs the St. Cloud clinic, including hiring clinical and support staff and re-establishing service capacity, while supporting the ABA referral partnership with Northway Academy
- Develops and manages external relationships that drive growth, including Community Services partners, referral sources, payors, and community organizations across both markets
- Partners with leadership on market planning, budgeting, and performance targets as the Twin Cities and St. Cloud operations scale
- Manages new and current patient care assignments to team members, as well as managing team and individual productivity
- Leads strategic hiring efforts with interviews and hiring recommendations to the State Director
- Oversees therapy team, including yet not limited to therapists and students/interns, with scheduling, caseload, training, and support
- Audits the therapist's billing process
- Approves payroll for therapy team, including vacation and sick leave, to ensure appropriate coverage
- Completes performance management for the team, including snapshots, coaching, and formal performance management
- Drives engagement for the team by holding team meetings and ensuring a positive culture
- Mentors and develops therapy teams
- Communicate with the marketing team regarding referral needs for each discipline and participation in community events
- Other duties as assigned
