Centurion Tax Strategists is a boutique tax planning firm built for high-income business owners who want more than a CPA who files. Our in-house team of Tax Attorneys, CPAs, and Enrolled Agents builds proactive strategies that keep more money in our clients' hands.
We're growing. And we need a sharp, driven sales rep to help the right business owners find us.
The Role
This is a full-time, fully remote inside sales position. You'll be the first real conversation most of our prospects have with Centurion. Inbound leads come to you warm. Your job is to qualify, connect, and close.
No cold calling. No door knocking. Just meaningful conversations with business owners who already raised their hand.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
You start the morning reviewing your pipeline and follow-up queue. By mid-morning you're on discovery calls with inbound leads. We spend heavily on advertising to make sure you have inbound appointments -- you'll be speaking with business owners who want to know if Centurion is the right fit. You ask the right questions, listen well, and walk them through what working with our team actually looks like. Afternoons are a mix of closing calls, CRM updates, and handoffs to the strategy team for new clients you brought in.
Most of your time is on the phone or on video. The leads are consistent. The product sells itself when the right person is presenting it.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound leads and conduct discovery calls with high-income business owners
- Qualify prospects and identify their tax planning needs
- Clearly explain the Centurion approach and what sets us apart from traditional CPAs
- Guide prospects through the sales process from first call to closed client
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and follow-up activity in CRM
- Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure smooth client handoffs
What We're Looking For
- ***3+ years of sales experience; financial or tax services preferred
- Comfortable selling a premium service to a sophisticated buyer
- Strong phone and video presence with the ability to build trust fast
- Self-motivated and organized with a consistent follow-up system
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual sales workflows
- Genuine interest in helping business owners solve real financial problems
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule -- our clients are busy people who don't always have time during traditional business hours
Schedule
We're flexible on how you structure your week. A Tuesday through Saturday schedule works. A 4-day, 10-hour schedule works. What matters is that you're available when our clients are -- and high-income business owners don't always take calls between 9 and 5. Compensation
- $30,000/year base salary
- $500 commission per closed sale (15-25 expected closes per month)
- OTE $150,000/year -- that's 20 closed sales per month at full run rate
