Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about serving families and helping young athletes perform at their best. This role offers hands-on mentorship, a clear growth path, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient care
- Educate patients and families on care plans and wellness principles
- Support care for youth athletes looking for support performance, movement, recovery and overall function
- Active children and families as well as prenatal and postpartum patients
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in team trainings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree
- Active Minnesota Chiropractic License (required)
- Passion for serving entire families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Coachable, growth-minded, and positive attitude
