Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our Marketing team. This role will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across Red Rock Vacation Rentals, Property Management, and Real Estate. This role has a strong focus on social media management, digital advertising, email marketing, and campaign coordination.

The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging digital content, manage multiple social media accounts, and use performance data to continually improve marketing efforts.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

Manage and maintain social media accounts across Red Rock Companies’ brands, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Write captions and marketing copy that align with each brand’s voice and target audience.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and social media trends.
Assist with capturing and organizing photo and video content for social media, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain content calendars and help identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.

Digital Advertising & Campaign Support

Assist with the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
Coordinate campaign creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and timelines.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.
Help prepare regular marketing reports and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Support email marketing, website promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and company initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners.
Help ensure projects stay organized, on brand, and on schedule.
Support marketing efforts across Red Rock Companies’ real estate, vacation rental, property management, and commercial brands.

Brand & Creative Support

Create simple, brand-aligned marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Maintain consistency in messaging, imagery, and brand standards across marketing channels.
Organize marketing assets, photography, video, templates, and creative files.
Coordinate with outside designers or creative partners when more advanced design work is needed.

Market Research & Reporting

Research social media trends, competitor activity, audience behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Track and organize marketing performance data across campaigns and channels.
Assist the Marketing Director with monthly reporting and marketing analytics.
Use performance insights to recommend new content, campaigns, and opportunities for audience growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand if preferred.
Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-appropriate copy.
Comfortable working with marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Experience with Canva or similar creative tools; advanced graphic design skills are not required.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines.
Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Photography, videography, short-form video editing experience, Google Ads, or Meta Ads experience is a plus!
