Full Job Description

**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

dB Systems Inc. is a certified small business in the aerospace defense sector, specializing in designing, manufacturing, and testing state-of-the-art antennas for safe global air navigation, surveillance, and landing. Please see our website for more details: www.dbsant.com.

dB Systems is in need of an entry-level assembly/manufacturing technician for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate has 0 - 9 years of experience in manufacturing/assembling parts. While we provide on-the-job training, you should be mechanically inclined and have an aptitude for working with your hands. Day to day tasks will involve cutting and bending semi-rigid coax, soldering components using a soldering iron and resistance soldering system, cable assembly, hardware mechanical assembly, subassembly, final assembly, packaging, and shipments.

Our typical business hours are 9/80s. Meaning, Monday - Thursday are nine (9) hour days and Fridays are eight (8) hour days with every other Friday off. We offer flexible scheduling during the daytime hours with a thirty-minute to one-hour lunch. As a government contractor, we require all employees to pass a pre-employment drug screening who thereafter are subject to random drug screenings while on the job. This position requires full-time work with an average of 40 hours per week.

· Eyewear accessories insurance for employee and spouse/domestic partner and/or dependents is available at an affordable rate.

· Health care and dependent care health savings account (HSA)

After 1 year:

· Fifteen days of paid time off (PTO) – PTO increases with time with company

· 401(k) with up to 4% company match (must work 1,000 hours in the calendar year after the 1-year anniversary to be eligible)

· Tuition reimbursement for approved classes

· Discretionary Holiday Bonus (if the company is profitable, we share a portion of those profits with the employees based on Key Performance Metrics)

After 4 years:

· 4 week paid sabbatical (one paid sabbatical per every four years with company)
