What You'll Do
As a Window & Door Installer, you'll be responsible for completing residential replacement and new construction installations while ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing windows and doors and install premium vinyl replacement windows and doors.
- Perform retrofit installations on stucco, brick, vinyl siding, and other exterior finishes.
- Complete new construction window and door installations.
- Measure, level, square, and secure products to ensure proper operation and long-term performance.
- Apply flashing, insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing materials to manufacturer specifications.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, crew members, and supervisors.
- Document completed work with photos and required paperwork.
- Follow all company policies, installation procedures, and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential window and door installation experience.
- Experience installing vinyl replacement windows and patio doors.
- Knowledge of retrofit installation techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and installation instructions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders and working outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must have basic installation tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple installation types, including retrofit and new construction.
- Finish carpentry experience.
- Lead Paint Certified.
- OSHA or other construction safety certifications.
