As a Commercial Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Journeyman Plumbers and Foremen on a variety of commercial construction projects. Every day provides an opportunity to learn new skills, gain real-world experience, and advance your career in one of the most respected skilled trades.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of commercial plumbing systems on new construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Learn how to install piping, fixtures, valves, drains, and specialized plumbing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications with guidance from experienced team members.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install a variety of piping materials.
- Support plumbing system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Work closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Continue developing your skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using or learning hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
- Construction or plumbing experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
