The Job
ARTI Studio is looking for someone to handle digital marketing and revenue-growth campaigns for the ARTI Suite, NAI, ERA, and some of our other businesses.
The goal is pretty simple: use social media, email, Google, Facebook, our websites, and other marketing channels to bring in qualified leads and help generate revenue.
I’m not looking for someone who just posts random things to Facebook and calls it marketing. I want someone who thinks about the audience, the offer, the call to action, where the lead goes, and whether the campaign actually worked.
This is not a graphic-design position. It is also not a personal-assistant position, a transaction-coordinator position, or a job marketing individual real estate listings.
This is corporate marketing focused on generating business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage corporate Facebook and Instagram accounts for the ARTI Suite, NAI, ERA, and other affiliated businesses.
- Plan content around actual business goals—not just filling up a calendar.
- Write posts, emails, advertisements, website copy, calls to action, and campaign messaging.
- Schedule and publish approved content.
- Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
- Build campaigns for lead generation, recruiting, company services, events, and other revenue opportunities.
- Manage corporate email campaigns, newsletters, e-blasts, and lead-nurture emails through ActiveCampaign.
- Handle recurring Bulk Activity Add campaigns on the first and third Tuesdays.
- Create and distribute ERA Store e-blasts.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles and make sure company information is accurate.
- Monitor reviews, online inquiries, messages, calls, and form submissions.
- Keep corporate website content accurate and useful.
- Help create and improve landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths.
- Track where leads come from and whether they turn into actual opportunities.
- Coordinate with our in-house creative and technical teams when campaign assets or technical work are needed.
- Keep campaigns, deadlines, results, and next steps organized.
- Tell me what is working, what is wasting money, and what we should do differently.
- Look for new marketing and revenue opportunities without waiting for me to come up with every idea.
ARTI Studio has an approved advertising budget, company-provided equipment and software, and in-house creative and technical resources.
What This Job Is Not
Let’s be clear about this upfront.
This is not:
- A graphic-design job.
- A photography or video-production job.
- A personal-assistant job.
- A receptionist job.
- A real estate transaction-coordinator job.
- A job handling contracts, closings, or transaction files.
- A job marketing individual agents or individual property listings.
- A personal-errand position.
You will coordinate with our in-house creative and technical teams, but you will not be expected to personally design professional graphics.
Occasionally, something involving a property may be part of a larger corporate, recruiting, or business-development campaign. That is different from being responsible for day-to-day listing marketing.
You Must Know How to Use Claude
Claude is a major part of how we work.
You need to already know how to use it well—not just know what it is or have played with it a couple of times.
You’ll use Claude to:
- Research audiences, competitors, markets, and campaign ideas.
- Draft and improve emails, social posts, advertisements, website copy, and calls to action.
- Work through problems and unfamiliar assignments.
- Analyze marketing results and identify patterns.
- Organize projects and create repeatable processes.
- Get more work done without sacrificing quality.
You need to know how to give Claude the right context, write useful prompts, recognize bad or incomplete answers, improve the output, and verify the final information.
Copying and pasting the first answer Claude gives you is not proficiency.
Claude should make you faster and better, but you are still responsible for the final work. If you cannot demonstrate that you already know how to use Claude for real work, you will not be hired for this position.
What I Expect
I need someone who:
- Shows up, on time, and is ready to work.
- Can work without being babysat.
- Takes notes and remembers what was discussed.
- Follows things through until they are actually finished.
- Tries to figure things out before immediately bringing every problem to me.
- Knows when to make a decision and when something really needs my approval.
- Keeps me updated without making me track them down.
- Can handle several businesses and priorities without getting everything mixed up.
- Pays attention to details before publishing something or spending money.
- Can take direct feedback without falling apart or making it personal.
- Owns mistakes, fixes them, and does not keep making the same ones.
- Brings ideas and solutions—not just questions and problems.
- Understands that followers and likes are nice, but leads and revenue are what matter.
I move quickly, I’m involved in the businesses, and I have high expectations. Priorities sometimes change, and I communicate directly.
If you need every assignment broken into tiny steps, this probably will not be a good fit.
If you are dependable, curious, organized, and good at figuring things out, you may do very well here.
