About Lume Light Wellness

Lume Light Wellness is a red light therapy studio located inside Wright Family Chiropractic in St. George. We help clients reach their fat-loss and wellness goals through guided programs, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a warm, dependable person to be the friendly face of our studio and the heart of our client experience.

The Role

As our Wellness Studio Coordinator, you'll be the first person our clients see and the one who makes their visit feel effortless and welcoming. You'll run the front of house: greeting clients, guiding them through their sessions, keeping things running smoothly, and helping them celebrate their progress. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who genuinely loves taking care of others.

What You'll Do

Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming, positive studio atmosphere
Answer phones, texts, chats, and questions about red light therapy
Schedule and manage appointments
Walk clients back to the red light room and help them get set up and comfortable with the equipment
Clean and reset the room between sessions
Take client body measurements at program midpoints and completion — and celebrate their results with them
Help with social media posting
Learn to run introductory sessions so you can step in when needed
Partner closely with our wellness consultant and owner to keep the studio thriving

What We're Looking For

A genuinely warm, friendly, customer-focused personality — this is the most important thing
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and basic computer/software tasks
Some sales or customer service experience is a plus
Able to start at 7:45 AM to open the studio for morning appointments
Excited to grow with a fast-moving small business

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
