Luna Media USA is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Radio Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, supporting local businesses, and helping clients grow through creative marketing solutions, we’d love to meet you.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent two established Spanish-language radio stations serving Sonoma County and the North Bay while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.
Responsibilities
Develop new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, cold calling, and community outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their marketing goals.
Create customized advertising and marketing proposals using radio, digital media, event sponsorships, and promotional opportunities.
Present advertising campaigns and close sales.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Meet monthly sales goals and maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
Represent Luna Media USA at community events, networking functions, and business organizations.
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred (media, advertising, marketing, or B2B sales is a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Monday through Friday
