Full Job Description

We are looking to enhance our company by finding an excellent Office Manager with the drive and motivation to grow with our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Oversee the daily operations and organization of the office.

Handle expense reports and account receivables.

Assist the CEO with administrative duties.

Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Take detailed notes at management and company meetings.

Assist in the onboarding of new hires.

Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar of the CEO.

NECESSARY SKILLS / PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

Exceptional communication and people skills - can represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Experience with general office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot problems with them when they arise

Organizational skills and the ability to maintain a filing system

Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Design is a plus

A bright and positive, can-do, solutions-oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal-focused despite setbacks

Attention to detail, punctual, follow-through, self-motivating, and managing, organized, focused, completion oriented - excellence oriented

Highly adaptable, no job beneath you. Sometimes taking initiative to figure out what's needed and sometimes taking directives on simple tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Available to work 40 hours per week

Reliable transportation

Lift a minimum of 25lbs
