Full Job Description

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the organization and play a key role in strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** - Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures - Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations - Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements - Manage treasury functions and cash flow - Conduct business development analysis to support growth initiatives - Oversee financial accounting, including accruals, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations - Provide technical accounting expertise for complex transactions - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Collaborate with leadership to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Extensive experience in financial management, with a focus on IFRS standards - Proven expertise in accrual accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and balance sheet analysis - Strong background in regulatory reporting and compliance - Business development acumen to support organizational growth - Knowledge of treasury management principles and practices - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
