We are looking to add a full time exceptional individual to our outstanding accounting team. We strive to be the best & want a like-minded individual to grow with us in our property management team.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our growing property management company as it relates accounting & bookkeeping. Such tasks include but are not limited to processing invoices, processing rent payments, managing accounts payable & receivable using property management software and QuickBooks, processing security deposit returns, and reconciling bank accounts.

Preferred Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill
Extremely detail orientated
Prior experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
Experience in property management a plus but not required
Maintaining upbeat positive attitude
Extremely organized and efficient
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
