Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Bilingual (English & Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to direct inquiries appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain filing systems and assist with office management duties.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports using Google Suite.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements Recommended
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably as a medical receptionist.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment.
