Position Overview:
Must have 3+ years in a digital marketing agency managing client accounts.
Comfortable with reporting in Google Analytics, Agency Analytics &/or Looker Studio. Working in ClickUp, and High Level are a plus.
This position is client facing with multiple zoom calls per week review performance and strategizing future growth initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor for marketing strategy, fostering the growth and retention of our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all Google related lead generation to client accounts, serving as the responsible point of contact for all their digital ads.
- Cultivate an environment of innovation and responsiveness to client needs, leveraging a profound understanding of their business objectives.
- Collaborate with our account team to craft tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's unique needs and opportunities.
- Prioritize long-term relationship-building over short-term transactions, earning trust and confidence as a trusted advisor.
- Drive client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering results on time.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, enhancing overall client value.
- Forecast resource allocations accurately to maintain profitability margins while ensuring client deliverables are met promptly.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrable experience (minimum 4 years) in PPC Google account management and related digital marketing, with proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Looker Studio is preferred.
- Strong integrity, communication, flexibility, teamwork, work ethic, professionalism, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in layperson terms, build rapport, and receive and implement feedback constructively.
- A working knowledge of the ever-changing digital landscape, encompassing Google Ads, Google Maps, SEO, Social Media, and the nuances of each channel.
- Work Location: Remote or In-Office (Bonita Springs, Florida Office)
