Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, quick service, and casual dining environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage food preparation, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, controlling inventory, managing food costs, and ensuring smooth shift management. Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation aligned with brand standards.
Oversee all aspects of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in accordance with local health regulations.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Train new team members on food handling procedures, cooking techniques, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure proper staffing levels for peak times.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.

Experience

Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on kitchen operations.
Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and food management practices within the hospitality industry.
Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
Background in hospitality management or restaurant management roles with a focus on team training & development.
Knowledge of food safety standards, budgeting processes, and food production procedures in casual dining or hotel settings.
